This is for the New Zealand Cruise 2024 with Quilt Seminar at Sea. It’s a Polygon Affair! Learn English Paper Piecing technique to make a fancy pieced hexagon. Explore your creative side as you color or fussy cut the polygon shapes. Come relax, the class includes just about everything you need for a bright and colorful hexagon quilt. We’ll colorize and stitch the 1st block together, then the stitching is at your leisure. The full paper piece pack includes papers for the 12 sampler blocks and connectors.

Kit fee includes Elegance booklet, full quilt paper piece pack, needles, fabric glue, thread and felt.

Please bring assortment of fabric*, thimble, personal light, small scissors, needle threader and seam ripper.

My thoughts on selecting fabric, I think any color palette would work. The key is the scale and variety of the print. Bits and pieces of fabric from your stash will do the trick when working in miniature with paper pieces. Another option is 12-Fat Quarters (22" x 18") or Layer Cake. The largest size scrap needed is 4" sq.
